Our Chef

Chef Jacques J. Lepage. Originally from the Petite-Nation area, he grew up on the Ontario side of the Ottawa River. As a member of the Canadian Culinary Federation and vice president for the Outaouais region, he has worked as cook, chef and executive chef in the Ottawa Valley, Northern Ontario and as far as the Magdalen Islands. This hands-on chef will make you appreciate our regional flavours and help visitors discover the Canadian culinary know-how, whether it be fine cuisine or personalized meals. His door is always open and his imagination has no limits.  If you have personal recipes that you would like to enjoy at the Pro’s Table, feel free to bring him your favourite recipe.
